I've been going here for the last 2 months since I moved to the area. Every time I have come in, they are so kind and enjoyable to be around. I usually work late and can't get there until close but they always do a great job and never make me feel like I am rushed. On top of how wonderful the staff is, the prices are extremely fair. I actually look forward to getting my nails done because I don't feel like they overcharge for services which is so refreshing nowadays! Thankyou for amazing service!
Horrible customer service! I asked them how much they charge to do my nails and they told me $60 for a full set. I wait in the waiting area once they started doing my nails she said she'll charge me $75. Very rude and greedy
It's one thing to be met with cold unwelcoming faces but I've visited this shop twice now, arriving hours before their closing time, only to be turned away and told they're not taking any more customers. I'm starting to wonder if there's a specific group of customers they refuse to serve after 5:30pm, even though their closing time is 7:30pm. It's disappointing, and I feel compelled to mention this as it's now happened twice. If they don't have enough staff, they should simply state that, but it's strange to turn away a customer two hours before the scheduled closing time, especially when the place is only half full.
I love how they do my eyebrows however it seems like they only have time for eyebrows if you are paying for another service. They are close to my job so I always go to them for my eyebrows but they have lost a customer. This is the 3rd attempt and now I'm done with them
Awesome service! They took their time to make sure my mani/pedi was exactly what I wanted, and I felt pampered! I went in the morning time, so they were not busy, and that may have contributed to how attentive they were. Either way, you can tell that they care for their customers! I do not get acrylics, but I overheard that they are not doing acrylics at this time due to being short staffed.
