It was great until they got an assistant. I got my eyebrows and lips threaded. The new assistant was very rough with me. She tried to do everything very quickly and didn't offer me breaks during the service. I had to ask her to stop multiple times because threading hurts!!! And she didn't wipe hair from my face as she went so I had hair in my eyes. I feel like she was taking anger out on me!

I would highly recommend her! Eyebrows are always perfect. Plus, if you ever want to try out waxing legs/arms, go to her! Her prices are unbeatable and she makes you feel very comfortable. She goes fast and she knows how to deal with Indian hair, which is a huge plus!

I went here on my lunch one day, hoping to get a full face wax: 1. The woman doing my wax and a woman she was training kept arguing while standing over me. I speak the same language, and to be honest it seemed like the waxer was not being fair towards the trainee (telling her to do something and then getting upset at her for doing as she was told). It was a very uncomfortable and tense atmosphere. 2. The woman who did my waxing kept trying to thread my face. I do not like threading but she didn't listen to me. She said she is very skilled at threading, which I'm sure she is, but that's not what I wanted. If she can't do just a face wax and has to thread, she should inform the client of that before the appointment begins. She ended up just waxing but was very upset about it. 3. She kept slapping the wax paper on my face. LITERALLY. She was hitting my face with her open palm and an unnecessary amount of force. My face kept jolting every time she did it due to sheer force. I told her if she does it again I would be leaving. She told me "you never told me that I was doing it too hard"...I'm sorry, do I have to tell you not to slap something onto my face??? What kind of logic is that for a beauty salon? After I said this, she said "Well I told you threading would be better". It felt like she was just upset I told her not to thread my face and was being petty. 4. She raised the price of the service. It was supposed to be $25 (I got it without the neck), but she said it was being changed to $45. I told her that isn't fair, as the sign says $25. Again, she should really be advertising these changes. The wax itself was fine, but this is one of the tensest and most unprofessional beauty salon appointments I've ever had. Steer clear of this shop.

Gita has threaded my eyebrows and my mother's eyebrows for many years! I don't trust anyone but her to do so. I always get so many compliments about my eyebrows and has provided me with a boost of confidence. I am so happy her salon is extremely close to my home and there is plenty of parking in the back.She extremely patient and very easy to talk to. She values good customer service. She does not judge you! I go to Gita's salon not just for her eyebrows. I have had my haircut and facials done here. I feel my skin has gotten so much better after I have been doing facials with her and it's so relaxing! She is up to date on latest fashion and techniques, which is beneficial for me because I am not a girly girl and can be so indecisive at times. I remembered recommending her to my cousin after she had a bad experience when she had a facial done at another salon. Today, like me my cousin goes to Gita for everything! Actually I am pretty sure most of my family goes to her salon. Her salon is clean ! I could go and on . You just need to try ! I highly recommend this salon

Finally a great local threading spot. Geeta the owner was super accommodating and did a great job on my eyebrows. I also love that they're open late! Looking forward to going back.
