I must admit that London RamseyOrona is a very good at cutting hair. However, my hair was processed and colored twice because she colored it brown. , I did when it was colored red. I did have a lot of gray hair throughout. However, regardless, if I had a box hair dye job. It was still red! ! Red is not brown! I don't care what anyone stated but to call a client that has been your client since 2019 and prior since 1999 when Tara owned the shop! I would think that you would want to to have a reasonable and peaceful and respectful resolution to any type of concern and complaint and your business. I paid for a service and didn't receive it. Yes, my hair does look good now. I had to go get it professionally redone. I don't feel like a business owner should call a client and curse them out because they asked for a suggestion on Facebook regarding getting a color correction. I was still slandered by her other stylists. Kirsten who had cut my hair prior and did it in the wrong fashion. She called me a scammer and stated that" I went around to small businesses wanting free stuff"! Angie Gillespie the owner should not have cursed me out! Granted, I had called and cancelled two appointments and I did. Because, I was in the hospital having major surgery. I just wanted to clarify. Well, after this drama filled event I will not be back there and it's sad because I really liked or did like the owner until she was completely disrespectful and cursed me out. That is the most unprofessional way to handle your business as an owner and dealing with the public as a whole! Very disgusting behavior on her part! . Every woman or man that goes and spends a lot of money on their hair, they want it done the way that they pay for it! If they have to wear the wrong color for months or go and have it redone professionally, it would be an upsetting experience for anyone I would think! .

angie gillespie and her stylist kirsten are the most unprofessional people that i've ever experienced in my life! i was literally cursed out by the owner/operator angie gillespie, because her stylist colored my hair the wrong color. i tried addressing the situation and she tried to color it again, only to make it worse! . i made a post on facebook about the situation and requested advice on where i could get a color correction from. next thing i see is her stylist kirsten saying that "i'm a scam artist who goes around to small business and try to get stuff for free and that i came in with grey hair and a bad dye job"! the owner angie gillespie proceeded to call me and literally cursed me out! calling me a f***ing b****. saying that i wasn't getting my money back and not a client anymore! i'm taking this to court!!
