Amazing service. The salon was very responsive when I contacted them through Yelp. It made scheduling very easy. Upon arrival was welcomed very warmly. After a short consultation, Janine took me over to the wash station. The salon gave me a complimentary deep conditioning since it was my first time visiting. Nice! Next surprise where warmed towels. Super nice! Janine did a fantastic job, took her time cutting and styling my hair. I felt pampered all the way around and am super happy with my new haircut. I will definitely be back!

I've been pulling my hair up in a ponytail for 20 years and trimming a few inches off it every few years, and only visited a salon once during that time. As a senior, my hair had gotten a lot grayer during those years so it had changed from straight to a little curly, I was very nervous about having it cut, but wanted a complete change. I am new to the area so I pulled up salons in Pensacola and read reviews. Next Step Salon sounded good, so I made an appointment on-line. The process was very easy. I chose Lauren as my stylist. The salon was easy to find, parking was convenient, and the view of the Bay was nice. My welcome was very friendly. Lauren took me back to her station and we had a consultation about my hair. I showed her some pictures of styles I liked, but left it to her expert opinion as to what would be best. She said she had an idea and we proceeded. She cut my hair into a nice, easy pixie cut. I had asked for an easy wash and go style and had expected it to look plain and boyish, but it isn't plain-looking. I can step out of the shower, spend 5 minutes styling it with my fingers or a brush, let it air dry, and it looks as nice as if I had spent a long time styling it. I love it! I went to check-out. I received a new customer gift bag with some nice coupons. From beginning to end the salon visit was a wonderful experience! I've found my new salon, without a doubt.

I was charged $600 to bleach shoulder length hair that didn't even come out right after 8 whole hours I still had to go back another day for her to "fix" it which nothing was fixed it looked the same when I left the second time. Still had brown tips on my hair and the blonde was so uneven. That is insane. Would never return or recommend to anyone.

Actually one star, but business keeps removing my review! Very disappointing cut by Heidi. Saw her a couple of times, but once I asked her to cut my hair a certain way she became very offended. Last haircut she just took a large section of hair at my part and cut it very short. Didn't even try to blend it. Pretty much a disaster!
