I wrote another review of this salon that was filtered, and I'm not sure why. Since that posting, I've been back another time and the service was just as good. Cindy did a good job cutting my hair, and seems to understand my hair type better than many stylists I've been to.
I think this place will probably not be in business a year from now. Nice ladies, but I was there recently and had an awful manicure. It took forever, was not thorough, and no one else came in the whole time I was there. I hope they are able to improve their process a bit and stick around.
I recently went to Serenity to have my makeup done for my senior prom. I was hesitant to have my makeup done by someone else because I usually do my own, but I wanted to do something really special for the event. The woman who worked with me, Patty, was so helpful and personable! She asked questions, fixed anything I didn't like, and wasn't afraid to give me her opinion when I asked her about my ideas. All of the other staff members were incredibly friendly as well. My makeup looked beautiful, natural, and lasted longer than it would have if I did it on my own. At $45, it was beyond worth it. I had a fabulous experience at Serenity, and look forward to returning for other services in the future. It's great to have a multi-service salon and spa so close by. Definitely recommended!
