I've been tanning here for years. It's been almost 2 weeks that I could make it in to tan and I finally got time tonight. I drove out and arrived at 6 to find the doors locked and a blonde girl sitting inside on her phone. She would not acknowledge me when I tried to get her attention. I had to call in and was told she closed up early for the holiday even though New Years Eve isn't until tomorrow. There was also no listing on the doors of early closing for today, just for tomorrow and New Year's Day. Needless to say, I'm very upset for a wasted trip and rude customer service.

Hollywood Tan supposedly has a promotion for a free tan when you sign up for promotional offers, except this "free" tan is limited and absolutely no detail of this limitation is expressed on the website or in the lovely text message sent. Besides the not free, "free" tan, the new spray booth at this location is a ripoff. I paid 35.00 to turn orange, even with a light base tan and I did not choose a dark solution. I won't be back, and want to caution those considering their spray option to just pay a vendor that provides a custom airbrush experience. Save your money and your time!
