Sea Sea Beauty and Nail Spa in Norwalk, CT

I went to this nail salon on December 2d and the quality is horrible the next day my nails chipped and I saw a lady come in and say I got gel nails yesterday and they already chipped and they were not very polite they were very loud during my nail salon experience and asked the same questions about 5 times I was not very pleased I saw air bubbles in my nails causing the nails to chip within the day after I got my nails done.

Also when we went it was very suckish and loud my lady pointed at me and talked about something in Chinese not coming at all

I've been coming here for about 3 months now. A coworker of mine always had her nails looking on point so I tried it out and I'm in love with Tina's work. She's awesome! Highly recommend!

so I was shopping in the same plaza and I figured I would just get my nails done because it was convenient. I normally do not leave bad reviews for places, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. first of all, they shaved my nail down so thin they've been breaking for the last three months where they completely have to regrow. i've always had natural long nails, so it's killing me that they've been short for months because I'm scared to have them done. I asked for a flower design which the lady said she had no problem doing all the sudden after my nails were colored she pulls out stickers that she proceeded to put on my nail that was a flower design and then use clearcoat over it, which was bubbly. Within minutes after it drying it completely came off my nail. I then asked if it could be painted on.... that was a big mistake because it looked like a 5 year old did it. oh, and the best part is I was asked over and over if I wanted a back massage which I said no because I have health conditions that flare up when massaged . they didn't listen. They still tried to give me a massage, and then proceeded to charge me for it when I clearly over and over said no. The prices weren't any less expensive than much nicer places I go to. I went to this nail salon Friday 6/2/2023 and was disappointed with the service and quality of my nails. I went to the salon for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The lady that was doing my nails asked me five times if I wanted a spa pedicure which I turned down each time. The pedicure was fine, but was very rushed. The same lady did my gel manicure. It was extremely rushed and she did a terrible job. My nails weren't evenly cut, there were air bubbles, and she left nail polish on the corners of my nails. Lastly, and the main reason as to why I am writing this review is when I paid for their services in card and tipped in cash. When the lady took the cash out of my hand, she began counting the tip money in front of me and walked away. This was terrible experience. The lady who did my nails was rude and pushy. I will not be going to this nail salon again.

Seeing the high ratings I checked this nail salon out and was very happy. I had some major damage to my nails and the staff here were great. They did a great job fixing me up! I'll be back.
