One call to this place and I discovered it's not a business I want to give my hard earned money to, receive any kind of services or refer to anyone! The website indicates they open at 10am, I called at 10:20am, no answer so I left a message. The machine message stated she moved to a new location right next door to the old and instead of land line you could call or text for an appointment, yet she fails to indicate if it's a new number & if so what that number is. A few hours later, I try calling again, this time a woman answers. I begin by explaining I called earlier that morning, left a message - she cuts me off. I then ask if she could hear me ok because I was in the middle of talking to her- she said yes she could hear me fine what could she do for me. I proceed by finishing what I was getting to before she cut me off and that was asking if they had a different number to try based on her machine message for future reference - she cuts me off again basically saying what does it matter I was talking to her now. I replied - wow, just forget it. This woman was so rude and beyond unprofessional. She should be ashamed of herself as a person and if she was the owner. How about a little bit of manners and courtesy to people and potential customers? If you call this place or decide to them, be forewarned, they may be mean to you.
Yelp doesn't actually state that you can get your nails done here too. I recently moved back from California and I was trying a bunch of different places to get a gel manicure and it was a nightmare. When I went to Kristen at this Hair Salon, she blew me away. I now book in advance with her for every two weeks because she is the best. She does a wonderful job every time I go to her. I highly recommend her for a gel manicure.
