Two of my friends and I made an appointment for three full sets at this salon yesterday. When we walked in, a woman shoved the nail color book at us - nobody greeted us or said hello. We picked our colors and my two friends were taken back, I waited for probably 10 minutes. We were swapped between two of the women, the only two women in the salon. The first woman put our tips on, then we were instructed to sit in the massage chairs with our un-clipped acrylics while they worked on other clients. One by one, the other, older woman, called us over and put the acrylic gel on, filed, and painted. This woman was aggressively throwing my hands back at me, she didn't talk, and she was obviously rushing. My hands were sitting in my friends nail dust, as they don't clean the stations in between clients. Before she applied my nail polish, she told me to go wash my hands. I was looking at my crooked, uneven acrylic and I asked her kindly to fix about four nails. She quickly refiled them. I sat back down after washing my hands and she very rapidly painted my nails. I was genuinely speechless when she was done. These nails are barely oval, each one is a different length, and they're extremely chunky, not to mention absurdly crooked. She charged my friends and I a different price - 60, 65, and 70, based off of the length of our nails. I've never paid that much for a full set. I did not want to pay, but I had to leave to get to an appointment and was in no mood to argue. I was honestly too stunned to speak. These women are not considerate and I can't believe they let me leave with these disgusting nails. I got them redone somewhere else later in the day. DO NOT GO HERE, EVER.
WTF, we booked an apt here for today! There's a military ball that my sister has to attend tomorrow. The lady that worked there today, "I don't want to do them cuz I'm not in the mood" lady! That's your job not our problem everyone is on vacation. I hope they fire you. You're very unprofessional. You have the nerve to tell my sister that there's other places! If I could give a 0 star I would. Do not come here. Cuz they will treat u poorly. My sister booked for a Daniela to do her nails n no one did them for her. She barely got my nieces done.
I had the best experience here and the best pedicure I've ever had! Daniela is amazing and I highly recommend her. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Their prices are good. Staff is very friendly. I will be going here for all my future pedicures!!
