I had wonder service while there. I got exactly what I asked for. Only thing is with covid they are not having people wash their hands coming in or cleaning/disinfecting between clients. They also claim they are checking temperatures which is not true. But I was happy with my nails. Steven did my nails and I plan on going back
I'm a regular customer here but now I'll be finding another nail spa. Mia used to do my nails until she left. Then I started to go to Steven because he's good. One thing I don't like is the fact after you tell them the service you want they still become pushy on upscaling. Today took the cake. My mom and I decided to go for a pedi and mani. I was asked if I wanted Shellac. I said no just regular polish this time. I was told since I didn't want Shellac and I have Shellac on my toes (which was a previous pedi they did) I would have to pay $5 extra to get it removed. This never happens when I go to other nail spa's. Savvy Nail Spa will try to milk you until they can't do it anymore. I won't be returning anymore.
Kevin is the Best! But they lack customer service and ORGANIZATION skills! My appointment was scheduled for 1pm & I requested CoCo & Kevin... at 1:30 they finally sat me in a pedicure chair...15 mins later with no tech in front of me... they were asking why I was taking my feet out of the water! My reply was, BECAUSE I'M LEAVING!!!
