I love this Sassy Nail Salon. I'm stunned at negative reviews. I've always had spectacular service. I'm always a little surprised that they are so busy, without even having a website. Quality matters! They don't NEED more business. Get to know them. They are really lovely people and this is a family-owned business. I don't know if every person there is related, but most are. They are not going to do a bad job because they don't care. They ARE the owners. If I had an issue, I would go back and show them rather than badmouth them for strangers to read. This salon deserves better treatment than that. But, then my experiences have been pretty darn near perfect. I don't think they ever offer shoddy service. I'm 66 yo and it was fun to tease them that I wanted "Billie Eilish" nails. I didn't really, but they thought it was pretty funny. I have had several of their technicians and have always had a great experience. I like the decor and soft music. There is tons of parking. They give a discount for paying in cash. They have customer loyalty cards that are worth using. I'm just stunned that anyone would ever give them a bad review. I get my acrylics done there. I'm a long-time client and can't bring myself to go anywhere else. I actually looked here for reviews for someplace closer, because Sassy Nail could hardly be farther from my house and I don't drive. Well worth the Uber ride to go all the way across town. I'm sorry, and stunned, at the negative reviews. I just can't imagine that happening at this salon. And, about the service. They are BUSY and they work hard. I had taken a break just to let my nails heal. They are in very bad shape, post-chemo. After reading the reviews, I am determined to go back. They deserve my patronage, because they have always given me spectacular service. Theresa has made suggestions for new colors I could try. Just a pleasant experience all around, with quality results.
Omg! The worst!! The first two times I went were fine. The 3rd time was a pedicure. But then I got a dip about 8 weeks ago and it was the WORST I've ever had in the 3 years I've been getting dipped. It started peeling AND CHIPPING and breaking off within a week. I wrote it off to the light color dip color I chose. My beautiful long nails were breaking every day!! I went back 3 weeks later to get a regular manicure until I could drive back to Aurora, Il (2-1/2 hours north but worth the time!!!) for my favorite place! The regular manicure cost me $27!!!!! Omg!!!! It started chipping and peeling and breaking in 2 days! And my nails were so thin and weak and broke all the way down! NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Worst service I've ever received. Everyone in there seemed like they did not want to do their job.
I've been to different salons and this one is my favorite all of the technicians are fantastic!!!
