I came in June 13th, 2019 to get a balayage done by Ashley. I showed her two pictures. She was sweet and told me step by step what she was going to do. She only used toner and explained why. I'm not a cosmetologist but hindsight I should've gone somewhere else. It looked good right away out of the salon but literally 3 weeks later it basically turned orange and there's no contrast with the balayage. When it hits the sun it looks SUPER ORANGE, and I hate it! All said and done I paid $290 including tip which was outrageous for only a 3 week hair "dye". Overall disappointed I wasted that much money.

I am honestly very dissatisfied with the manicure service I had on Saturday morning. I came in with my sister and my daughter to get our nails done for a wedding, and it took us forever to be seen by the technician. My nail polish ended up looking terrible, and the shape of my nails on one hand doesn't match the shape on the other hand. I had my nails done on Saturday morning, went to a wedding and have been babying my nails and the polish is all chipped up. The lady at the counter (manager or owner, maybe?) gave us $10 off because it took forever for our appointments, but the sloppy nail job is extremely disappointing. I spent $65 for my nails and my daughter's nails and honestly feel like I totally wasted my money. I expected more from an Aveda salon.

I had an appointment for 1:30 but wasn't sat down in the chair till almost 2:00. There is one chair in the waiting area that an older lady was sitting in. I literally stood around for half an hour starring at my phone waiting for someone to cut my hair. What made the wait even worse for me was the awful music, every song sounded exactly like the last, it was slightly mind numbing. The receptionist eventually went to go find my stylist. When Amy (my stylist) finally came out she made an offhand apology, something about a pedicure taking longer then expected. I get that things go wrong and take longer then expected but still, a half hour standing wait feels like something that maybe could have been taken a little more seriously. Nothing wrong with my haircut, I like it. If you like quiet hairstylists Amy is your girl. She did dumb all the hair clippings on me when trying to remove the cape. All in all, it wasn't worth 30$

Every time I come here for my massage the staff is so wonderful. Really a wonderful place to destress.
