AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HORRIBLE HAIR! HORRIBLE INTERACTION WITH OWNER STACY!!!

Went here to get my roots and hair touched up. Kirsten did my hair the first time, nothing what I asked for, nothing what my hair looked like. Rinsed it out without putting toner on and had to pay $125 for the awful hair.
Stacy the owner asked me if I could come in to get my hair fixed by her and if a 5pm appointment would work, which apparently is after hours for Stacy. I got a babysitter again for my "fixing" appointment since I'm a single mom and it worked out!
Mind you, the owner was talking down to me and getting frustrated as we were talking about everything, even rolled her eyes in annoyance and I even apologized if I wasn't making sense (why are you getting so annoyed when I'm the one sitting here with a horrible job)

When I came back to the appointment that Stacy suggested, she let me know when she's all said and done, I owe another $40.
When she was rinsing out my hair she said " ohhh gosh it looks so good". When we were done and asked me if I liked it, I got up, looked in the mirror and said: "it looks better than before but there are still orange spots etc."
My hair is now four (4) different colors, my roots look awful, patchy, I have a "vanilla" tone she called it and it's overall a HORRIBLE job!
I was promoted to please pay $40 and that's where I let Stacy know that I'm going to leave a review about my experience.
She then was like: "What?! You still don't like it?"
I just told you!
She then let me know very rudely that she spent HER free time away from her family and children to fix my hair!
I reminded her that I did the same as I'm a single mom!
I also let her know how I did not appreciate the way she talked and treated me at my previous appointment and that I never received an apology for the messed up hair.
She had nothing to say besides "Why don't you do to your hair stylist then?!"
As I was walking out she sarcastically said" sorry it didn't work out for ya!"

I was nothing but calm and respectful throughout ALL of this mess and I told Stacy that if she ever has anything else to say then she should post the security footage out of her salon and our interactions! They were AWFUL!
She will put on a "good face" so don't let that fool you! It's very fake and if she wants to tell the truth, post your video footage!

She refuses to this day to apologize or refund me. She blocked me on social media after I asked her in writing for a refund. She has no email address on her website to keep everything in writing! She is not registered with the BBB either so I can't file a claim but AVOID this salon if you don't want your hair all messed up! I also left a facebook review, which her employee started to engage in my post and make everything worse.

Kristen did an amazing job correcting my hair color!! She went the extra mile to fit me into her schedule and help me as soon as possible! She corrected a very disappointing hair coloring from another salon. I am so happy with the results!! I felt very at home in this salon as everyone was so friendly. Thank you Kristen Short, you're amazing!

Nice clean salon. Maria gave me a nice cut for a very reasonable price.  Everyone very nice. I will go back again.

This salon has an amazing atmosphere and the stylists are great at listening to your needs and making sure your comfortable during your appointment!

I absolutely LOVE Ashley! She's amazing at her job and made me feeling amazing and she is professional and very communicative. Even dropped me off a small hair package during the first part of Covid!
