Salons by JC Observatory Park in Denver, CO

I am writing this review as a stylist who rented space at Salons by JC. I made my work home there for over four years and absolutely loved it. I loved the autonomy of having my own room, but still had the family feeling of being part of a bigger group, so that if something went sideways on my color and I was stumped I could run to a friend and say, "Help! This person's color tricked me. What should I do?"

The management was generous to the point that it was humbling. When the Covid shutdown happened and the whole state shutdown, my fellow Salons by JC family and I are the only booth renters that I know that didn't have to pay my rent. What a blessing. And I can't say enough nice things about the concierge, Travis. If I'm slammed and can't get my towels folded, he's there for me. He shows my clients to my room, reaches high things (I'm short) for me, lifts heavy things for me, and over-all takes care of things and helps things go just a little more smoothly.

I'm making a career change or I probably would have stayed there forever. If you're considering a suite experience, look no further. Salons by JC is the place for you!

This review is for being a stylist who leased a studio. I leased a studio here, and I am so sad to leave. I'm being relocated for a job, so I had to turn my studio over to another stylist, but renting here was a really great experience.
They usually have great move in specials, the facilities are super nice, and kept very clean. They have lots of optional social events if you like to network. Clients love the parking deck (they Validate!), and building a clientele there was easy on the college campus.
Even though everyone does their own thing, all the artists and professionals who rent there are very welcoming and friendly. Prices are very reasonable for the area, but mostly its awesome because of the Management. Scott, the manager, is super helpful and responsive. I knew I could always email him and get a really prompt response, with very detailed answers. And Travis, who is a part time concierge, was so great. He always asked if we needed anything, helped with the difficult cleaning in studios, and even made sure we were happy with the vending machine selection!
If you're a stylist contemplating this location, you will not regret it.

Selma is a truly an artist when it comes to hair color and a great hair cut!  She truly listens to what you want and goes above and beyond with every appointment.  Can't express how great my color comes out every time I am there - amazing!!!

You have to go to Travis Schroeder. He totally gets it . I showed him a few pictures of balayage that i liked and he completely transformed my hair. He actually listens and doesn't take off 4inches when you say 2inches. The color is beautiful, my hair is so dark brown its almost black but he managed to get blonde highlights that look good!

This is the only place ill be going.

Travis at Beautiful is amazing!!!! He totally understood what I wanted done to my hair and gave me exactly that... I've had so many stylists cut to much off or fry my hair but Travis takes great care of me. His space is clean and he validates parking! Not to mention the shoulder massage and shampoo.... LOVE IT! I highly suggest Travis!
