Sue dyed my hair pink for me-a dream that I've wanted to have done for a long time. I showed her a photo of what I was looking for and she met my needs perfectly. I will 10000% be coming back and I highly recommend the salon to anyone looking for high quality at reasonable prices. The location is gorgeous and super clean. Sue was awesome, very friendly and gave me great styling tips which I highly appreciated!
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARENESS Called me every day for 5 days in a row Every time with a different story. Moved my appointment, can't blow hair so maybe it's better to reschedule, need more consultation. When they saw I'm not canceling my appointment they called less than 2 hours before my appointment to cancel since the lady who needs to do my hair is sick. Yeah right. COME ON GUYS! I'm not stupid. Poor service. Shame on you!
I'm glad to have finally found my new go-to salon (and I'm very picky!). Teresa was my hairstylist, she listened to all my requests and my hair color and style looks exactly how I wanted. I can't recommend her high enough! Everybody is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys so much!:)
This salon rivals some of the best I've been to in Manhattan. The staff is always friendly and professional, the space has a clean, minimalist, modern feel, and my stylist, Dalina, is amazing. She does beautiful color and blowouts and I will always always go to her when I'm in the area. Seriously, if you need highlights, do yourself a favor and ask for Dalina! The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is that when I went in this afternoon (6/20/19) the young lady who did my shampoo was very rude, unprofessional, and when I told her that my neck was hurting at the sink and I tried to adjust myself, she shoved a towel under my neck without a word and told me to hold still. When she finished with the shampoo, she left my hair sopping wet, stood back and said "Um. You can go."...Ooook. I've never seen her before and she is not a stylist, so hopefully she doesn't stay long because this place is so much better than that! Overall, highly recommended!!!
