He is also trying to now sue me LYING saying i never paid. I still paid this guy $280 even though everything he "did" slipped out the very next day. Once again i repeat i paid "Anderson" and i am seriously trying to be sued for my HONEST opinion...smh.

Very unprofessional. And genuinely offended. Im not the type to write shitty fake reviews thus why i only have reviewed TWO companies on this website. He told me he was experienced in multicultural hair and he could fix MY HAIR TYPE and he wasn't. I sat down and asked him to please crotchet, that i have been told my WHOLE life told not to interlock because it creates holes at my root and he kept saying he was crocheting, it wasn't until i looked at the size of his needle and realized he had been putting holes in my roots the entire time. (interlocking)
I asked him to please reattach some locs that had slipped out and instead he created a million baby dreads that i DID NOT WANT. Completely disregarded everything i had said and asked of him. Ontop of everything hair aside dude kept bringing up religion and calling me a fake dread because i left my bangs loose. Completely offended. once again very unprofessional and rude.
Like i said to start this review. I STILL PAID HIM even though i was disgusted with the results and his work and the way i was treated in this salon.Im sorry if my HONEST review hurts your business, Im not going to lie. If you want to sue me for my honest review then ill see you in court. But i REFUSE to say anything good about his work or his attitude (thus lying about me paying LOL) morally you're ALL TOGETHER wrong "Anderson." and i will tell any and everyone in vegas to not waste their money or time here. I have only met you this one time, first and LAST interaction with you. I have no underlining reason to "slander" your business. lol. I came i was offended. i paid you. i left. i wrote an honest review. Get over it. part of business if you have a yelp review. Once again. this is my honest to Jah feeling about this "experience."

He's got his friends saying I'm "trolling" if I never paid why wasn't I immediately contacted because I used my own number for my appointment and it's linked to my real yelp account. Sorry my real review hurt business. I'm not a fraud you and your friends can stop harassing me and THREATENING me and your friends saying I'm a fake account never paid. Once again why would you wait a whole year to try to get paid. Lol. This whole lie has gotten out of control. Holds no value and reflects even more on your poor business. And how you handle people. Why didn't I find Anderson sooner??? After countless years of various hair stylists, (34 to be exact), I FINALLY found one who knows what they're doing! I've avoided getting even a hair trim for years due to the fact that many hairdressers CLAIM to know how to cut curly or kinky hair correctly, when in fact, they don't. Anderson not only can cut my hair proportionately, he's amazing at covering my gray using highlights that LAST! Under his care, my hair looks & feels amazing & I'm constantly getting compliments! I highly recommend Anderson. He is clearly a master of his art!!

Love Anderson. Came in with a mess of a hair and he worked his magic. It's absolutely amazing!!! Going out on the town with model like hair. I feel like a model! I feel like celebrity house wife!!!

Okay so I stumble onto Anderson by accident. He's in Body Spa North up in Centennial Hills. We passed by it quite a few times before we realized that it was open. Body Spa North is an odd complex if you're not expecting it. It doesn't jump out at you from the outside. It's almost as if someone was trying to hide it. We only found it because we go to the Cracked Egg next door.

Anyway when my daughter moved to town we went looking for a stylist. She's got mixed hair so finding someone who knows how to work it has been a pain since she was a kid. We discovered Anderson and spent some time talking to him to get a feel for his skills. We both liked what he was putting out, but she eventually went with someone closer to where she lives.

I ended up doing some website work for Anderson so I got to pop in on him quite a few times and was able to watch him with his clients.

First off, I never realized how wide a range of clients one stylist could have. I always assumed you worked one particular style, one particular age group and that was it. Guess, I had a lot to learn.

I've seen him working on really adventurous young heads and older ladies as well. He seems to have a way with all of them.  It's really interesting to watch. He's one of those hair artist types so every head is a canvas or something like that.

Many times we had a meeting set up after his last client of the day and I've ended up waiting while he "get's it just right." I'm not going to say he's a perfectionist, but if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, then chances are it's a duck. I've never seen anyone get out of his chair unhappy.

The one thing I have learned, is to avoid getting him talking about hair products.  Especially hair coloring  or hair extensions.  He's a Schwartzkopf guy and Hair Locs certified. If I've got an extra 30 minutes to kill, all I have to do is ask him why those particular brands. With Schwarzkopf you get a history lesson. With Hair Locs, you get a lecture on hair health, hair replacement, value and all kinds of things I generally don't think about.

All in all, I've learned a lot from Anderson. There is more to cutting hair than just cutting hair. Some people are actually artists. Anderson is one of those. If you want traditional, he's got you covered. If you want wild and funky. He can go there too.

I may have never had the chance to sit in his chair, but I do know quality when I see it. And I've had the benefit of talking to plenty of people who have sat in his chair.  

Anderson brings it. I gave him fours stars based on the looks I see when people get out of his chair.  It's hard to fake happy when you think someone has jacked your head up.  I would have given him five stars based on what I've seen, but like I said, I've never actually sat in his chair so I'm holding back a star in case there's something I'm missing.  Doubt it, but you never know.
