Salon Ten O Seven in Hays, KS

I would love to rate my experience at the salon, but I didn't get the chance. I am here on a work contract and long overdue for a cut, and a highlight or a weave as they call it here. I wanted to get my hair done for the vacation that my husband and I would take in Colorado as soon as I finished in a few weeks. I showed up early for my much anticipated hair appointment, only to find out that my hairdresser had called out sick. I somehow had managed to put my phone on do not disturb and did not receive the call to let me know they had to cancel my appointment that morning. I took the new as well, I understand that they have no control over that situation. I told him I understood completely and told him I would call them as soon as I got home and could look at my calendar. Now I understand that some circumstances are out of their control, but what happens next Makes all the difference when it comes to customer service. I called back to discover that I could not get an appointment until weeks after my contract ended and I had left Hays. No special effort, no extra accommodation to save this customer service failure. Places that go that extra mile really stand out. fortunately, I found a little place called Revamp and she got me right in. The owner, Jessica, after I told her of my situation, gave me the best cut and highlight I have had in a long time at half the price I'm used to. That is service.

Best hair anywhere! Fantastic and creative color, welcoming atmosphere, great cuts!  Constant compliments on my hair. Highly recommended.

Really upset. Got a lash fill. Cost me 95$ without tip. I noticed the next day that she didn't even put lashes on all of my real ones. It's been three days and so many have already fallen off. The glue they use doesn't stay very long. They do one eye at a time which causes the lashes to clump together because the glue dries them all together. You're suppose to go back and fourth from eye to eye to prevent them clumping together. It's been three days and my lashes look horrible and I already need a fill again. VERY unhappy. Just want my money back so I can get it done right. It's very clear they don't put one lash per one real lash so you are forced to come in for 100$ fills way more often than you're suppose to. I would really love for a manager to contact me. I've been getting my lashes done for years and this is the worst they've ever looked.

I adore this salon, and I am so happy that someone finally decided to put a little "big city" style into our small town. Always has the top-of-the-line, newest products from Aveda, Bare Escentuals and more, my satisfaction is always guaranteed - when I see a new product in the magazine I know I can get it at Salon 1007. I love my stylist, I always feel relaxed and pampered no matter what I am there for. Salon 1007 is fabulous and you will always have my business, as well as many kudos and recommendations to friends and family.
