Hi, I bought a hair topper from Creative Hair Design before Christmas. Gals at bothe locations in Mn. we're very nice and helpful. I have not worn my hair topper once. I do not like it! It is not the same as the ones I tried on in the shop. Its not human hair, I knew that. I can't do anything with this piece. It goes where it wants too. I loved the ones I tried on I paid over $325 dollars for this. I can't return it either. I am on the verge of throwing it out. Sorry, the pieces are all the same price, no matter the length. Wish I had gotten the longest length and then I would have had my stylist cut it for me. It's not worth the money I paid for it. I guess I expected better quality. Not the same as the ones I tried on initially!

SO DISAPPOINTED and so put off. I will NEVERRRRR go to this store again. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. I looked up wig stores in the area of Rosedale/Roseville because there was one I went to 5 years ago. Same name and at the time they were in the process of relocating. So, great! I found it. When I looked at the Google ad, it said nothing where the basic info was that it was an "Appointment Only" business. That would have helped, but even still, no excuse. My husband and I approach the door, pull and it was locked. There was a lady behind the counter and another on the floor with a female customer. We glance over at the hours of operation and yes, it was a Thursday open until 8. The time was 5:20 or so, bur no later that 5:30. Lady comes to the door a bit put out. I ask, "aren't you open until 8?" She says, "yes, clicks her cheek, points to a sign (which we didn't see) and says, Appointment Only. " SHE NEVER APOLOGIZES, acts like she's got so much business, they don't need any more." She has NO IDEA who I am or what I'm there for. If I was a person undergoing cancer treatment, if my hair was thinning. If I was just depressed and wanting to change my look, She HAD NO IDEA. She *could have* if she really cared about a potential customer, she would have taken my name and number, apologized that she couldn't make an appointment for me today, but would be happy to at a later time. She also could have said, listen, sorry you didn't know about our policy, when you call back, ask for me, (name) and I'll make sure you are taken care of. Again, I apologize. NADDA. NOTHING ZIP. Just an off putting click click of her cheek and a point to the sign and a closing and relocking of the door. Did she really think that was an invitation to frequent this business by coming back? I don't know who she was. Shame on her if she was the store owner. We do not look like hoodlums my hisband and I. We are both in our 50's. The other lady was calmly chatting with a female customer, so it's not like they were being robbed at gunpoint. I went to Merle Norman a pebbles throw away. Mary Jo there was also appointment only, but she was SUPER NICE to us. We didn't walk away feeling like a piece of gum you scrape off your shoe in summer. Had a horrible experience at the store today. The man that let me in the store didn't introduce himself to me. I told him I was looking for some thing to fill in the top as I am experiencing hair loss, already a very traumatic occurrence. He showed me a blonde topper, and said I would have to dye my hair to match it. I told him that as a person experiencing hair loss, I don't think that dying my hair was the right thing to be doing at this time. He said well you could use this gray one but it doesn't really match your hair. I do have gray hair. I would think a lot of women experiencing hair loss have gray hair. he basically said then that he wouldn't have anything for me unless I did a custom job. He must've assumed that I couldn't afford it or something, as he didn't pursue that line. He never gave me any chance to try anything on or even give me some idea of what it might look like. He asked me how I wore my hair, and I told him I'm wearing it with clips to cover hair loss. He said well then none of these would work for me with clips. He indicated any wig would be a year to a year and a half out and very expensive. Again, I guess he was assuming what I could or could not afford. as I'm going through a very difficult time with hair loss, I assumed that this store would be compassionate and go out of their way to make me feel welcome and try to find solutions. It was nothing like that at all, I felt horrible as I left there. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone or at least this unnamed person that helped me, or actually didn't help me one bit and made me feel horrible.

This is your grandma's wig store. I had a free consultation which I really appreciate, but they are not on trend with wigs and toppers right now. Wig cost average is 3000.00-4000.00 here, however if its not the color you want you pay extra maybe 250.00 for highlights. I have been educating myself on youtube and social media about wigs and toppers and I feel like if you want something current there are better places to shop. Its to bad you need to shop online to get something current. I really like the idea of trying it on before ordering.

I had written a review that I cannot edit. I thought we had 30 days to make changes? I want to share my experience after speaking with the owner and Brian the professional I had for my appointment on 7/31/21. I was assured by the owner that Brian knows what will work well with the clients Bio -hair and I must say again that he did pick the right choice on what was available in store for me that visit. I wanted to look at slightly longer lengths and Alissa and Brian will be working with me on an upcoming appointment and showing me what options I have. I also wanted to not just have the hair hang down around my face and we they will be showing mt options for that as well. Brian suggested that before cutting bangs or trimming to play with it for a while. While we can cut it later, it won't grow back. Good point. I will write a review after my upcoming appointment. Their attention to wanting to satisfy their customers is 10+ The calls and emails after picking up some dissatisfaction in my initial review show they stand behind their services and are willing to make your experiences with them memorable, game changing events.
