Salon Six Zero Seven & Spa in St. Louis, MO

Clari did my hair (a blowout and curls) for a wedding! She did a great job, and the curls held up all day through gusty winds :) It was very reasonably priced too, even with a (much needed) deep conditioner treatment added. Thank you!

Visiting from out of town and needed a place to get my nails done asap. Brittany did an outstanding job giving me an acrylic fill. Highly recommend her!!

I emailed the salon to book an appointment for a pedicure tonight at 5:30. They said they couldn't do that but had a 5pm appointment. I work until 5, but I arranged to leave work early and walk over. Arrived about 4:55.

When I got there, the door was locked and only one person was working. She came to let me in, asked if I had an appointment and when I said I did, she asked me to sit down and wait. I did that until 5:10, then went in to ask her how long the wait would be; she was doing someone else's nails.  She said it would be about ten more minutes, and I explained that I had tried to make an appointment for 5:30 but was told I couldn't, so this was really frustrating. She was sweet and apologetic.

I went back to wait, and at 5:22 - when I'd been there almost half an hour and the other client was still getting her nails done and not even at the desk checking out yet or showing any other signs of finishing up - I left.

I know things happen to cause delays, but when I'm specifically told I can't have the time I want, and I have to leave work early to then sit around doing nothing - that's unacceptable. If you're running late, call me, or at least tell me when I walk in the door....and make sure your time estimate is accurate, please.

I gave this salon a two star, because I was looking for somewhere to take my daughter to get a hair cut. I see that kids hair cut start from 20 dollars which I thought was reasonable! Never crossed my mind I was going to get charged 60 dollars! I was surprised not sure if this is the right price I paid for ?

I think they should have a certain price from ages on kids hair cuts. That way I wouldn't be confused.

Britney did my nails today and I am never letting anyone or any place touch my nails again. She really took her time and asked me each step of the way if I liked what I saw. She's also funny and a great conversationalist.
