Received a gift card as a gift 6-8 months ago for $120 worth of services and they would not honor it bc they said it had expired. I was pregnant and had a very hard pregnancy and hard birth with my baby in and out if ER the first 3 months and was I unable to use this gift card within the last 6-8 months or so and they would not honor the amount purchased for this gift card so this tired and busy mom couldn't get one freaking massage for herself. Won't be coming here again. How does $120 expire?!! That's insane! Thanks but no thanks.

My spouse bought me a $300 gift card at the end of year 2021 and I received it as a Xmas gift - during the COVID era which I was definitely more hesitant to do any sort of spa treatment. The gift card  looked like a credit card and had no info on it with regard to how much was on it when it expired etc.. fast forward to beginning of 2023 (March) I remembered I had a gift card to serenity  and booked a massage which I was waaay overdo for and had not gotten one in a while. My massage therapist was great and I was pleased with the massage and was already thinking this could be my new "go to" spa. I booked a 2nd appt with my therapist before checking out and then handed the woman at the desk my gift card who tells me there is $300 balance on it but I can't use it as it's apparently expired and I owe $160 for my massage. I have never been to this place and I was unaware that my gift card had expired. She informs me that I only had year to use it which I clearly had no information about nor did my gift card. Additionally a $300 Xmas present via spa treatment which I think is a pretty nice gift, the front desk woman dismissed the gift card and me as if my money was no good. I ended up paying the $160 for my treatment  but walked away pretty disillusioned and knew I would need to attempt to resolve this with mgt/owner. Given the fact that the past few years have not exactly been "in person friendly" coupled with no info on the gift card i would hope that any small business owner would have some decency and extend some good will wanting to gain a new loyal customer as I was more than ready to be. I had already booked my second massage before I left my first appointment. And fyi my husband already paid this place $300 before anyone did anything. I emailed the owner a month ago and have yet to garner a email, voicemail, or text Response. I am surprised a business owner would pass up the opportunity to not only do the right thing but gain a loyal customer.  $460 vs a thousand + $$  a year off of one customer? ‍  In the end I guess that was a pretty expensive one and only massage for $460. definitely not worth it. Many other places in the area to go to that not only focus on service at hand but customer service as well.

I received a gift certificate from my daughters. I called in the beginning of the week and set up the appointment for Saturday. I mentioned I needed deep tissue and hard pressure. Ashley recommend Katrina . She was able to schedule me and was delightful. Upon arrival the aroma and atmosphere instantly relaxed me. The waiting area was clean and calming. I didn't wait long and Katrina came to get me. I booked the 90 min deep tissue massage. It was the best massage I've ever been had in my whole life. The pressure was perfect and she did some stretches with my neck that helped so much. I will be back !! This was by far a 5  Experience!  I was so relaxed when I left I had to remember how to drive home.

So accommodating. Niasha did my facial and was amazing. Can't wait to come back for our party day!!
