Literally if i could give this salon 0 stars i would. I went to Samantha for a haircut of a longer bob with long layers. She messed up so bad that it looked like i got a haircut from Edward scissor hands. She kept my back turned against the mirror so i couldn't see the whole time and then blew out my hair with a round brush that when i got to my car to really look at my haircut, i looked like coconut head. If i can stop anyone from coming to this salon and especially Samantha then i at least did some good in the world. This is by far the worst haircut i have ever had and it is going to take months for my hair to even look semi normal and for a good hair dresser to fix this monstrosity. Beware. Terrible terrible place
In 2 months I've seen this business's name change 4 times. Santi Design, Santi Salon, Salon Santi and now Gossip Salon 11. There's only one reason changes their name every few weeks! Just say no!! If I could rate it a half or no star I would!
I walked in there today for a haircut, their sign said 'open' and they have another sign that says 'walk-ins welcome' so I walked in. There was no one around, no one in a chair, no one cutting or coloring hair and no one at reception. Two ladies came out from the back and asked how they could help me and I said 'I just need a haircut, is anyone available?' I said this with a smile, because how could someone not be available, I was the ONLY customer! The lady then said, "can you come tomorrow?"; what?? I looked around and said no thank you. Not sure why they are open, or if they are even a working salon at the moment? Their hours are until 8pm so from 5:30 to 8 I guess they were just hanging out not doing hair.
I have been getting facials from Tahira and highly recommend this salon and their services! The facials put me to sleep every time, they are so relaxing. They come with a mini neck and shoulder massage which is heavenly. I like that all the products used are natural, quality stuff. I've bought a few products like serums and cleansers and they have worked on my skin as well as my sisters. I always leave glowing. I've enjoyed the mani and pedis I've gotten here as well and without the overwhelming fumes that surround you at a traditional nail salon. I really like this place and I love the skin treatments offered here!
I've had my hair colored, cut, and styled by Maria twice now. She takes the time to listen to what I want and does exactly that. I had been looking for a stylist like her for many years and now I only trust her with my hair. She goes above and beyond to take care of me even if she has to be on her feet for hours.She never cuts corners and always makes sure that her clients leave satisfied.
