I have tried valiantly for the past 3 months to get my hair color by Jamie. Took 3 weeks to get the first appt. The morning of the appt she called out sick. Made another appt which forced me to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks. That appt was cancelled because the same colorist went home sick. Took another appt with another colorist who then cancelled. Tried again to make an appt with Jamie, this time her child was sick ( hope she is feeling better) I don't know what the issue is but this is the 4th cancellation at the last moment. Maybe it's me? I always tip generously. In any case. Very unprofessional imho. I don't have to say I'll take my business elsewhere as it's akin to saying I won't attend that party I wasn't invited to. Clearly, they don't value my business and that's cool. Any hair stylist that is that unreliable better be the goddess of hair color to put up with that sh!t.
Dini was the best! She listened and did everything I asked for, which seldom happens. I am very happy with the high lights and cut she did. Excellent service!
I was hesitant to leave a review for this salon because I didn't want more people to know about it! hee hee I was able to make a last-minute hair appt. at this salon last weekend for a root touch-up. This was my first time at this salon. My appt. was with Noreema (sp?) As soon as I walked in, my temperature was checked, I filled out a COVID questionnaire and I was asked to wash my hands. This is to be expected. Some places are being a little more safe than others and I'm glad that they're taking the necessary precautions to protect their customers and themselves. Everyone at the salon was very pleasant. Noreema was very friendly. I had a great first experience here and I will be back. :D
I think I've found my new hair salon. Everyone is super attentive and I left with my hair looking exactly how I wanted. My son is 2 and he needed a haircut as well. Every time we've gone to a hair salon he usually cries. This time we took him here and he didn't cry! He sat there quietly and she took her time with him and was very kind. I like this place!
