When I asked how the shampoo processing would be done she scoffed and said "I've been doing this for 40 years so I know not to scrub the ends". After that there was dead air. Thinking the call had been dropped I called back immediately expecting her to pick up. But no one picked up thus leading me to believe the owner had hung up on me because she didn't like being questioned. Can't find good help anywhere. It's amazing to me with the economy and the collapse of America that people are this ignorant to potential customers.
