I saw Abbie for the first time tonight to chop off a good 4 inches, and to say she killed it is an understatement. I instantly rebooked with her to do a color in a few weeks, she is amazing! Such a gorgeous, clean and stylish salon. I seriously could've fallen asleep in the shampoo chairs, they're insanely comfy. I cannot wait to go back and see Abbie again!!

I've been going to Salon Mimosa since Audrey took over several years ago. I love spoiling myself with a really nice haircut and color that compliments my complexion and they give me tips on how to maintain longevity of the color.
But recently with middle age, my hair has been thinning. Women understand how important our hair can be. It's easy to become very insecure about the thinning spots and receding hairline. I didn't want to start using harsh chemicals that I'd have to stick with or risk losing what grew. Audrey has been so gentle and sensitive, giving me advice and suggesting products to help encourage growth. I took her suggestions and I have hair growth coming in spots that were once bald.
I highly recommend Salon Mimosa with Audrey or any of her staff. With emphasis on continuous education and training, they really want you to project your best self and have the best product and care for your hair.

Quick visit.  In on time, out 24 minutes later, without the cut I wanted.  The back was good.  The sides were left much too long.  Regardless, I left a generous tip and will keep looking for a new salon.

I usually don't write reviews, but I am horrified about how my hair looks. I went in for a color and cut. I've never received such a bad haircut before. The left side of my hair is noticeably longer than the right, and I have blotched of brown hair dye. I paid $133 plus tip because I felt bad if I spoke up. I literally don't know how to style this mess. Disappointed

Wow!! I learned about salon mimosa from a friend and booked an appointment online, requesting for Audrey to cut my hair.

The inside was very sleek and modern.They have giant mirrors that act as "room separators" and are also the stylists' toolbox of all their little goodies.

My experience was fantastic and quick. 30 minutes tops for a layered haircut with a fringe, nothing crazy. I showed her a couple of photos of what I wanted and she was very meticulous and detailed. The hair wash was soothing and I got a little mimosa!!! Audrey knows a lot of really interesting technical details about hair and can actually describe from a microscopic level why your hair is thin and dry or thick and moist. It was a lot of fun exploring the other side of a hair stylist's education.

I didn't really pay attention to what other services they had, but they have different tiers for different levels of stylists. Audrey is the best and some of her less experienced stylists will be less expensive -- great way to determine your value but they are all awesome!

I think this is with most salon experiences, but she did so well that I didn't want to wash my hair because it was so soft and perfect....I usually wash every other day but I waited about 3...Or 4...Or.....shhh.

Boys can get a beer I think :)
