Salon Millie in Denver, CO

A friend recommended me to Andee at Salon Millie, and I'm so glad she did. My long-time stylist moved out of state over a year ago. I had tried one new stylist and didn't love the cut she gave me. My friend recommended Andee, who works out of a suite, so it's just you and her instead of in some big place with lots of people. When I was booking my first appointment, she had me take a quick new-client survey that helped her understand my current hair and the style I wanted, which helped inform my appointment from the start. She was attentive, fun and gave me a fantastic cut. When I was leaving, she gave me a new-client goodie bag with samples, a shower cap, scrunchie and a couple chocolates. So thoughtful! I've found my new stylist!

Andee has been doing my hair for several years and has guided me through multiple hair colors, styles, and lengths.  Her cutting skills are top-notch - I grew out a pixie cut with no awkward stage thanks to her.  She's outstanding at vintage styles and creative colors and she's always gently honest about your vision and reality.  She will never let you walk out looking like anything less than a million dollars.

COVID-19 Info:  If you are nervous about going to get your hair done, I recommend visiting Andee. She has a one-seat studio in a studio suite that requires masks for everyone, she diligently sanitizes everything, takes time to sanitize between clients, only allows one person in at a time and calls you in from your car so you aren't waiting inside. I wasn't nervous at all and I feel SO much better after getting my pandemic mullet cut off.

Andee has been my stylist for over 10 years, and I can't say enough good things about her. Highly professional, educated and kind, Andee is a great communicator and skilled stylist. Her relaxed and attentive manner allows clients to feel at ease, knowing they are in good hands. As a previous reviewer mentioned, Andee will never try to up-sell products, but is always ready with a recommendation or handy tip. She's done more for my difficult (fine, curly, temperamental) hair than I thought possible. I enjoy every visit to her stylish salon!

Andee is one of the best in the biz. She is truly skilled in her craft,  making recommendations and offering ideas to make you beautiful.  I've followed her to 3 different salons before she finally set out on her own , and I would follow her to many more if needed. She is more than a stylist, but also just an all-around awesome lady and friend. You'd be crazy to pass up her amazing skills!
