Used to love this place, Joan did my nails, Dana did my fantasy highlights. Joan left for another salon, and Dana went on maternity leave, so I made an appointment with Missy to touch up my highlights. She did a horrible job, mixed two colors on each section, instead of one color per section, did a very rushed, sloppy job. My highlights normally last 4 weeks, with Missy they only lasted 2 weeks. I called and spoke with Maria, the owner, she offered a free touch up, but I definitely wasn't letting Missy touch my hair again. Missy also does SNS, but after what she did to my hair I wasn't letting her touch my nails.
Used my groupon with Jen, was so impressed got one for my husband. What I didn't like was there are certain dates/times allotted for Groupon customers which I was unaware as I was given a choice . When booking my husband's appt, I was told of this. The facial was so relaxing I feel asleep. My husband however said his facial was just ok.
I had a facial with Jen this past weekend and it was a complete joke. Bought a Groupon for a Euro cleansing facial that was supposed to be 1 hour. Start to finish it only took 30 minutes, and Jen was with me for maybe 10 minutes. The extraction was nothing- she grazed over my face very quickly and didn't focus at all on my problem areas. I left with just as many blackheads as I came in with. I have had facials before and I know what they typically do- this was totally worthless and kind of ruined my day, since I was very much looking forward to having a real facial and feeling refreshed. I instead ended up feeling greasy and couldn't wait to get home and wash my face. To top it off, I waited to pay and leave for about 10-15 minutes because the girl was on the phone for about 5 minutes before helping me, then she didn't know how to take the groupon. I'm very upset with myself for wasting money and I hope this review will help others save some coin as well.
