Salon Linnea in Palmetto, FL

Made appointment for 3rd year (snow bird). This year they cancelled twice - nice spot, good location, but don't want to deal with this type of customer service! Also pricey!

Today I went in for blonde highlights! Sam did an amazing job! I could not be more happy with the job she did. The Salon is adorable and the staff is fantastic! The view is spectacular ! I highly recommend stopping in to see them!

I went in expecting a high end salon full of of expertise and skill. This was hands down the worst salon experience Ive ever had. My hair was already damaged from prior bleaching but the stylist went ahead without once letting me believe that my choice of color processing (balayage? hmm) would be making it worse! During 2-2.5 hours I found out she'd only been out of school for a year. Alarms went off.Usually I'm opened minded about this fact since I have several friends in the industry, who I trusted completely when they started. The cut was terribly executed. I asked for layers and got chopped lines like my grandma, no blending whatsoever. I was so upset and disgusted by the end, that I got out of there without a complaint, afraid to cry. But I paid the undeserved $300 + tip and left. I'm so upset that I cant go back for a fix as I don't trust the outcome. I'm paying someone else to fix the "chop," and just spent $150 on Kerastase products to repair all of the damage.

Do not recommend curly hair. Jasmine was the hairdresser assigned to cut my hair, she did an awful job and was not even capable to finish my hair on the same day that she requested me to stop by the next week. I have curly hair and it had full length, I came for only 4 inches of trim and frame, she cut over 12 inches and no frame whatsoever, the front is 4 inches longer than the back, with uneven, unconnected, and messy layers that I can't even manage it. Now I have a crazy haircut. I will never step foot in this salon again. I will go to supercut or any other popular hair salon to fix my hair. Is not about the price, is about knowledge and listening to the client before showing poor superiority. Jasmine claimed she is fully booked, well instead of you being fully booked and providing awful jobs in people's hair, slow down your schedule and learn how to provide quality instead of quantity. You are not that long years licensed with years of experience as well the salon does not have an assistant for a stylist to handle fully booked schedules. It's so ashamed for the Aveda brand to have a professional who performs an awful job for clients. We pay to be miserable. I'm not so sure about all these 5 stars reviews. Yes I have chose to cut my hair in that Solon because of the 5 star's reviews. When we start to read them in deep, it seems had been made up. Im very unhappy.

The salon is lovely and so is the view. Everyone working there is very nice and every customer leaving looks great and very happy with the service she just had done. Blair does a great cut and color and listens to what her client is looking for. I don't think you will be disappointed going here.
