I was there for color, which was done well. However I was surprised that my stylist didn't consult with me on which shade I preferred. She also cut my bangs without my permission. I had just wisps but she made it into a heavy bang. Her explanation was that it was a free service. It's a pity because I liked the salon, but not this forceful lady.

She colored and cut my hair into a brand new style and I look years younger. My hair is very difficult to color because it always turns red. Not this time though! No red and my hair looks very nice. I was even able to get a same day appointment at Salon Ivy which worked out great for me.
