I loved my experience here! Ellen was a gem and she has been the first person to cut my hair (since I was a kid and my mom did it for me) that I haven't left sad or disappointed. I have loved my haircuts from her and will continue to go to her! Their new salon is super clean and bright compared to their old one and it was more inviting than before.
Nobody here wearing a mask and some staff unvaccinated. Then received a nasty email from the owner when I wrote my " how did we do" review from them. I guess if you can't admit that you were wrong you attack the customer who brought something to your attention. I would not recommend this salon based on the owner's response to my legitimate concern.
Before I even went in I discussed with the stylist what I wanted done and she said she could do that to my hair Unfortunately when I got my hair done it didn't even look like anything had changed besides it having even more breakage after the color and hair cut I drove about a hour and a half to get my hair done here and when I emailed the salon the only thing they could offer was for me to drive all the way back I ended up going to another salon and had to have 11 inches of hair cut off because of the damage from salon elite this all happened right after everything opened back up from the covid shut down I am not one to write a bad review but I am still really upset that they couldn't refund money because all my hair had to be cut off.
I recently moved to Minnesota and was looking for a new place to have my hair trimmed! From start to finish, all of the staff members were so friendly and helpful! I found Emily on social media and booked an appointment with her. She did an amazing job!! I love it! Will definitely be back!
I wear clip in hair extensions and it was time for some new ones. Alexis did a great job blending and cutting them. I am really happy with how they look. I would absolutely recommend her for any of you hair care needs. This is a great salon.
