Salon Drew in Long Beach, CA

Linn works MAGIC! I came in with my solid blonde soo grown out. I asked for a natural beachy balayage and the results were better than I could've imagined. She's extremely detail oriented which I appreciated and the results showed that. We did a cut & color, my hair looks and feels so healthy! If you're looking for an incredible color stylist ask for Linn.

I was searching for a new salon to try since my usual hair stylist has been somewhat inconsistent lately. After some researched it came down to two Yelp highly rated salons in Long Beach. I called the first one (located in Belmont Shore) and left two separate voice mail messages requesting an appointment. No one returned my call so I logged into their website to request an appointment there. Once again, no one returned my call. That being the case, I decided to contact the other highly rated salon (Salon Drew) via email to request an appointment with Erin, and to my surprise, I received a prompt response from Jen who scheduled my appointment with Erin a few days later. I was very pleased with ambiance at the salon and Erin did not disappoint. She was patient and thorough in explaining what she was planning to do in advance. I am happy that I chose Salon Drew over the other salon in Belmont Shore. Salon Drew was responsive, more professional and in close proximity to my home in Bixby Knolls so it's a convenient location. Overall, I give Salon Drew and Erin an A+ rating. Thank you.

Lynn is incredible! I was seriously overdue for a cut and color-- she accommodated me and helped me figure out what I needed for my schedule and routine. Obsessed with my money pieces, and the partial blend she did on me, into my natural color/old blonde color is actual perfection + she nailed the dimension. Cant say enough good things. Also, Bria at the front desk--what a cupcake!!! The sweetest person and I hope she's there every time I come in.

I have been seeing Puja for about 3 years now and my experiences have always been amazing! She has a special touch and great personality. I always feel fabulous after coming in and getting my hair colored/ roots touched up. Thank you Puja!

I booked an appointment for the 1st time for my daughter with Nicole. Unfortunately we were running late( picking up 3 kids & stuck in traffic). We arrived 20 min late and they would not see my daughter. I understood the policy about canceling and being charged but wasn't aware of this grace period until we arrived. My daughter was upset and cried being that she has been getting hair treatments to treat her alopecia(hair loss) and was excited & looking forward to her new style being that she's getting ready for her upcoming coming prom. This was really sad that they couldn't help us out but they sure did charge me and take 1/2 of our money without even seeing my daughter. I rate this salon a zero for no understanding, no friendliness, no customer service, no empathy. They wouldn't even try to reschedule, the stylist just stayed in the back sitting instead of being accommodating. Be aware this salon will charge you whether they cut your hair or not.
