I just had another wonderful experience at Danielle Loren &Co. I had my hair cut and colored by Kathy She gives you her undivided attention and goes above and beyond the norm making sure the color and cut is perfect The staff is nice and the place is very nicely decorated and very clean I highly recommended this salon
I went to give a try to this place because it was close to my job and didn't have so bad reviews. I went for a hair cut. I have long straight hair. Just wanted a Long Layer cut. Not a really difficult cut and this was the result? Terrible experience.
My first undercut hair cut and it came out absolutely perfect. Kathy is very talented and her passion for styling shines ! Professional. Knowledgeable. Super friendly.
My experience could not have gone any worse than it did. No wonder why I've never heard of them in the 10 years I've lived in the area. I had an upcoming weekend getaway and was trying to find a salon nearby that could be my "go-to". They chopped off 8 inches off my hair that literally looked like my hair was put in a ponytail and just chopped off. The worst experience ever and I'm still traumatized. Not one staff member try to rectify the horrible job that was done. Not a single apology other than "I get it". I've never been treated so horribly.
I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new spot. I had read the great reviews of this salon and they did not disappoint. Erin was AMAZING! My hair was in rough shape and she did such an incredible, beautiful job on my cut and color! Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could! The salon was so welcoming and everyone there is extremely nice. A must! Thank you so much Erin! You are a life saver! Looking forward to my next visit!
