Michael gave me a much-needed cut and highlights. I hadn't been to a salon since just before the pandemic hit, so my hair was in bad, bad shape. Michael LISTENED to me on length and style and did a fantastic job with a foil job and a pretty cut- I could not be happier. And such a fair price! Will definitely be back and recommend widely.
I am friends with both Michael and Sergio and was originally referred to Sergio by my girlfriend and her mother. When I had first moved to Providence I had tried one barber on the east side based on google and yelp reviews, but as a picky client, I wasn't happy for too long.
The only reason I didn't try Sergio earlier was that my impression of his name and hair meant I was going to be entering the next Liberace fashion show and my girlfriend was good to remind me how much of an idiot I can be at times.
I am always impressed by not only the care Sergio gives into what I am looking for, but how he takes the time to see what's going on in my life (which is a great part of the stylist-client relationship). If I come in with photos or an idea of a different look, he gives his two cents based on my look (which is invaluable).
I have become great friends with Sergio and would definitely recommend him to others. One of my friends also sees Michael and is a big fan of him too : )
Michael is great stylist and has personality.......he's salon is nice and clean......fair prices......he enjoys what he does.....
Despite having friends that go here I was very disappointed. Went in for a trim on semi long hair and came out with a lineup, would not recommend to anyone who does not want a lineup .
