Everyone is so friendly, listens, and tries hard to fulfill what you want/need. Mirella gave me a good perm, just how I asked that it would be done. She and Julia made my first appointment there so fun and just what I wanted.

Brenda's service is exceptional and my hair color and cut came out better than expected! I feel better about myself!

The hair Stylist was nice and i felt too embarrassed to say anything but i'm gonna have to go somewhere else to fix it. Some places didn't even get the bleach. Some places only got very brassy and there are patches that i cant even hide with a pony tail. Also my hair was still a little damp when i left, she tried to dry it a little bit with a square flat brush instead of using a round brush with the hair dryer. It was extremely frizzy (i think she could tell she f... up but she was also embarrassed). I cried in the car and my relatives said that it didn't even look like i went somewhere. I had to blow dry it when i came home to tame the frizz and volume.

I came here december 1st 2022 for a Christmas gift from my mom. What I thought would be a great experience, ended up with uneven color, chemical burns, and fried hair. My hair use to be a little past my chest but I've had to do the big chop due to how crunchy and matted my hair was after my appointment. I woke up with dreadlocks every day. This was my first hair salon experience in 6 years, and I heard good reviews about this place unfortunately I don't have a good review. I documented my process that my hair stylist, Faith, was doing on me. During my visit she told me she kept having to go to the back of the salon to ask her coworkers what to do about my hair because she didn't know, and told me that she need to keep toner and bleach on it, it would get me to my level 10 my hair was previously at. At that point I've been there for 6 hours, had 3 rounds of bleaching and 3 rounds of toner. She tried to throw another bleaching on my scalp after I told her prior my head is burning, but her being the stylist told me to trust her. So I did. I had a new round of bleach on my hair and she told me to wait 30 and I told her, I want this off now because my head was on fire and itching. She took it off, toned me, threw a bunch of products in my hair and said I'll only charge you $100 today because you didn't get what you wanted. I felt bad and left a $20 tip because I work in the service industry myself, and I understand tipping culture. However I very deeply regret not making this post sooner. I wasn't going to until I started to notice balding on my hairline in the front and my hair still is falling out in chunks frequently. Do better.

Achieved a last minute appointment with Jasmine for a partial highlight and cut. Had a pleasant experience. Large parking lot, easy parking. Friendly salon, high ceilings, clean, and mellow environment. Everyone there was pleasant. Jasmine did a great job, and listened to what I needed and desired with my hair, and took her time, which I appreciate. She's funny and has a friendly personality. The next day, I was still pleased with my hair results. I don't live in this state, but would come back here if I did :)
