Although this salon is faith-based, as an atheist, it's never been shoved down my throat or manifested in obnoxious ways. It's the only salon I'll go to now. I always book with Erin, who is so chill and has years of experience. I'm not really a talker when I get my hair done because I want to relax, and she matches the vibe of every client she meets. I get complimented every time I leave the salon. I haven't been back in a while but that's only because I shaved my head and it's still growing haha.
Love the ladies at this salon! Chelsie is my go to and is phenomenal at color. If you're looking to change up your look, she is one you can trust. My color lasts SO long... and I only really have to touch up if my new growth needs it or I am making a change... this is because Chelsie provides me with product to help keep the color fresh!
It was my first time at Salon 139 and I had a great experience! I have long and thick hair and Chelsie gave me a phenomenal cut and color. I went in there with no picture to show her and she still killed it. I would 100% recommend her to anyone as well as this salon!
After years of being underwhelmed with my hair leaving the salon, I FINALLY have people I can trust with my blonde! The prices are reasonable, but to be honest I'd pay more because I know that I can be actually proud of my hair when I walk out. The stylists are educated and knowledgeable, up to date with trends, and incredibly professional without seeming unapproachable.
Erin is my go to girl, but you could go to any of the stylists and be making the best move. They also have a number of other quality salon services, including the keratin lash lift and tint that I CANNOT get over. Your own lashes just fluffed and darkened. Lasts 8 weeks! Okay I'll stop raving now. I love this place!
I got my hair ruined by Bre who works at Salon 139. Completely ruined. I don't know why I ever trusted a hairdresser with hair that looked like molded cotton candy.
