Woody of S&M came to my house on or about February 15th to look at some work I needed to have done. It's been so long since he's been here that the actual day is somewhat foggy. In any event, I spoke to Woody on February 18th to inquire about my quote. He assured me it would be emailed to me on February 19th. It's been 17 days and I still do not have a quote. I called Woody several times and left voice messages but he has yet to return my call. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this schlub company. Run away from them as quick as you can. You're better off using Lowes or Home Depots contractors because the independent contractors are worthless.
