I always wanted to get highlights but hadn't since maybe 1998? I have not had a cut, color and highlights for God knows when!! I've had some great cuts from a super guy at another place I've been going to since late 90's but always did my own color! He did a couple of times but my gray comes back fierce and fast!! I'm not the girly type and always had reservations about having someone do color and highlights. Honestly, I've never wanted to spend the $$. I did one time and regretted it! I was desperate and I really regret it!! Totally different salon from both I've gone to! Big mistake!! I love when the person doing your hair actually LISTENS to you and has a vision of what you want! That's Mariah! She loves what she does and she knows her stuff, sincerely!! Vivid Salon and Spa is a fun place. Today, when getting may hair done, I think I was the oldest person there but never felt that way! Everyone was so sweet and fun from beginning to end! Mariah did such a wonderful job on my hair! I absolutely love it and have received many compliments TODAY!! If you're reserved and maybe a little scared...OK...a lot, don't hesitate to see Mariah! It's worth it! Every $$!! I promise!
I had a fantastic experience. Everyone working there displayed phenomenal customer service from start to finish. These people know hair, and are clearly passionate about it! I was able to get in quick, I got a good bit done with my hair and the pricing was more than reasonable. I walked in feeling so upset with how my hair looked, and the hair stylist Makayla went above and beyond. I feel like a million bucks now!

After growing my hair out for 4 years I decided it was time for a cut. A cut.... not a chop. I made an appt with Terri. I told her I just wanted to shape it up and make it healthier that my bangs were the perfect length and I needed them to stay that way for work because my hair is pulled back every day. I showed her a picture with some layers and wavy but it definetly wasn't this short. She ignored everything I said and literally just did what she wanted with no regard for what I said or what works with my hair. I now have the worst haircut of my life which is choppy, uneven and resembles a mullet now. I can't even wear it up the way I need to for work anymore. The only way to fix it is to cut even more off and go with bangs which I did not want at all. I appreciate that I was given a refund after calling and complaing but that doesn't fix the horrible damage done.
I would never come back to this salon I asked the lady if she could shape my eyebrows not thin them so thin to wear it look horrible I left with one eyebrow thicker then the other one .. I went back to get it fixed it was so thin again I honestly had the worst experience at a salon .
