My daughter went there for a eye brow wax came home with one of her eyebrow missing..she hasnt stopped crying .

First of all there is more than one Katie that works at Rumors. I would not recommend Katie Havens. She cut my hair for a few years and was never consistent with my haircut (good days and BAD days). I always scheduled my appointment to be her first customer in the morning and she was rarely prepared 75% of the time. Meaning her electric razor was either not charged or barely charged 90% of the time and she was always looking around for her equipment or always borrowing from others. Very unprofessional and tacky. Some days I felt as if I was rushed in and out (whim, bang, bam buzz cut and not a haircut) even though I had an appointment. I only stuck with her as we all know what a hassle it is to find and train someone to cut your hair right. However, this all came to a head and rightfully so, when I called twice (no answer) and texted her to tell her I was delayed and would be 10 minutes late and if she wanted me to reschedule. She finally replies 1 hour later with a rude and pissy attitude that they were too busy to take my call or return my text .... that was the FINAL straw! With that being said...... one good thing came out of it when she went out of town and Torry (the owner) cut my hair. Torry gave me the best haircut I have had. I highly recommend Torry!

I can't say enough great words about this Salon! For years I have been searching for a location that won't turn my dark hair a yellow blonde. And Tori as well as the other ladies in this salon has accomplished just that! They have amazing customer service and very flexible to get me in. Won't be going to any other salon.
