They were very inappropriate. Me and my friend needed to go to the bathroom and they said they would take us to the bathroom and pull down our pants and wipe us because they did not want us to ruin our nails. This was the worst experience ever. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!
I love Royal nails. My go to's are Jeff or Lisa. They're thorough and if you're unhappy they take the time to fix your concerns.
I absolutely love this place, the acrylic refill Jeff did was a beautiful job. The color was perfect for fall!

It was my first time and I was tempted after the good reviews. Upon arriving the inside is nice and clean. I got my nails done by Jeff and he was not very friendly and got an attitude and mumbling under his breath when I was not pleased with the shape of my nails and he could not get it right. They also started to crack the next day. I had a pedicure done by (Dina) and she did a good job, but was not able to remove the acrylic and put it back on my toes as asked. They seemed to have a hard time understanding English and what I was asking. When I sat down to do my nails they ask do you want a massage and of course I assumed it's free, but as I'm paying the receptionist says the tip for the massage is over there. So I gave a $5 tip. Then I gave the girl who did my pedicure a tip and the one who added the acrylic. I did not give Jeff a tip because I did not like his attitude and I'm glad I didn't because my nails started to crack the next day and SNS (dipping powered should not). Because I did not tip him the receptionist runs out after me in the parking lot to inform me I did not tip him. I think it was rude to run after me as if I forgot. If I want to give a tip and it's deserved I will. They lost stars due to attitude and service mostly.
