Quality in service has definitely gone downhill since the remodel... seems like Sandy doesn't care about customer service. I walked in... she did not even look at me and she was standing behind the counter.... Mimi... who was doing someone else nails asked me what I needed and then Sandy proceeded to try and ask... they fanned me to one area to go to Hellen... Hellen was attentive but she did make my skin bleed on my left middle toe, she did not notice until she started scrubbing. I noticed when I saw blood. She avoided scrubbing it with the brush but could not avoid it when she sprayed the alcohol/antiseptic at the end.... Next, I went to Sandy to get my eyebrows done and she was more interested in her Asian Novella than doing my eyebrows. One has an arch and the other does not... literally looks like one eyebrow is up and the other is down.... She didn't even want to give me a mirror when she was done... she was like alright bye.. until I was searching around for a mirror then she handed it to me... she knew she messed up... she did not take her time or even ask how my day was.... Sad... she is losing a lot of customers.

How does only one worker do eyebrow waxing??? There are 3 of us waiting for eyebrows and no worker that can take us to get them done. This was supposed to be a quick process for me but I've been here for almost 20 minutes already.

1st time visiting there with my girls. We all had pedicures. Don't waste your time or money. My feet look like they were done by a toddler. I got upcharged for a delux pedicure that was the same treatment that I would have gotten for a classic pedicure. My nails were not shaped and the polish job is sloppy. I got mine done by a man with no fingers. DO NOT go to him. He left oil and mud on my legs and feet. He was supposed to clean it off, but didn't. Then he was rushing us out of the door right after the polish. My daughters had similar experience. The one good technician was who my daughter got. Her name is Helen. $184 dollars later, I am very upset about the service. They were also talking about us poorly, but they didn't know that I understood some of what they were saying. Do not go here.

I came from out of state for a wedding. The makeup lady cancelled on us last minute. We scrambled to find someone else to do our makeup. We were not successful in finding someone else. I was annoyed and devastated. But we were able to get some eyelash extensions done last minute by the owner of the salon. With our eyelashes done, we didn't need to worry too much about the rest of our makeup. It's now Tuesday and these lashes are not going anywhere. They are definitely on there. I haven't lost any of them yet. The owner put them on quickly but thoroughly. She really took her time making sure it looked good on the three of us but did a great job with efficiency. She wasn't happy with mine and added even more on to make sure they met her satisfaction and standards. We didn't get our nails done here, so I don't have any comments on that. The salon is clean and pretty. Restroom is clean. There are signs up asking you to limit how many people you bring in who are not receiving services from them. Lots of parking. They are closed on Sundays. I would highly recommend getting eyelashes done by the owner.

Terrible terrible experience, I usually go to the same nail salon every time but stoped by royal nails because it was convenient and I was in the area. The services were terrible my nails weren't done correctly and looked like a five year old did them. I left immediately and had to go to another salon to have them redone completely. Absolutely ridiculous I don't know how this salon is still in business I left in complete shock. Do not go here and waste your money like I did
