I agree that the people at the front desk are very nice. But, when I called, I told them what I wanted, and that was obviously NOT passed on to the stylist. She didn't seem to have any idea what I wanted, so I asked for a book and showed her a picture. She did not cut to the picture, but seemed to completely forget about it. When I tried to explain more clearly what I wanted, she stated I was confusing her and acted stressed out. I mentioned that we needed to communicate so she would understand what it was I wanted. She was not really into listening or understanding. She did an okay job, but I would not say it was outstanding.

Jesse is a great stylist. He cuts my whole families hair. Have never left disappointed!

The reason of my appointment: a color correction with black, red and orange colors on my hair. The many years of boxed black color was very difficult to get rid of but Aiko accomplished it! I can't believe how she even it all up!
Aiko worked SO hard! She started working on my hair at 11 am and she was finished a few minutes before 8pm! She bleached it twice, toned it and dried my hair to perfection each time then straightened it, gave me a good hair cut and did a full head of highlights, afterwards and then the final styling!
Our next goal after letting my hair rest for a few weeks, is to do highlights and light it up making it overall more platinum! I'm am beyond proud of her work, talent, perseverance, attention to detail and professionalism! I love her to pieces! Needles to say, my hair feels like new! It is soft and in great shape! Would like to share that while I was there for 9 hours, Rouge salon team gave me the royal treatment and made me feel at home! They all checked on me often offering me something to drink and eat making sure I was doing ok at all times!
I will highly recommend Rouge salon to everyone! This team listened with attention to my needs and were honest and very professional letting me know ahead of time what the outcome would look like! Very happy with their service!

This place sucks.  My wife is undergoing cancer treatment and her health appointments can change quickly.  Recently she had to cancel her appointment due to a changed physician appointment, and these folks tried to charge a $25 cancellation fee.  She is undergoing cancer treatment folks......ever heard of the Americans With Disabilities Act and this new concept called reasonable accommodation?  Would not advise this place to my worst enemies.

The haircuts are great and the service is okay. The only bad thing is there is a hair stylist in there who is just talking talking talking. He is loud enough for everyone to hear and i was in there for about an hour so it got quite old quite fast. he is just a talking's about personal matters like dates and what he was doing and something about theatre production. I love Rogue but me and the people next to me were getting quite annoyed
