I am so disheartened and disappointed there is actually a salon still in business whose employees treat customers with so little compassion and respect. (Moss Grove Blvd location) Yesterday, just before 2 pm, my Daughter, who was recently diagnosed with cancer came in with her husband to request an appointment for a haircut in preparation for chemotherapy. Rather than looking for an appointment or offering her another time, the young women just sent her away. Did she need to explain that her baggy shirt was simply for comfort since she just had surgery and a port inserted? She went to another salon where she was treated with dignity and respect and donated 22" of hair. Thank goodness there are good salons in Knoxville who actually care about their potential customers. I wish I could say the same for your salon.

I have been going to this location for 15 years.  Recently, I have gotten two of the worst haircuts of my life.  The haircuts were from my regular stylist who invented the cut for me.  My hair color is not flattering for my skin color.  When I go to the salon, I go for a relaxing experience, not to hear the drama of the stylist.  The receptionist is usually curt and acts as she doesn't like me.  In all my time, I have never received a coupon.

Jessica is awesome! She takes her time and cuts my hair and beard carefully. The place is clean and they are organized. I'm always seen on time and treated well.

They messed up on my color and I paid for my cut and style and then came back for them to fix my color and made me paid 100$ for it because I didn't pay for it before but I didn't even get what I wanted the first time. But then after I had the dye on my hair I got told I had to pay for my hair to get blowed dried and straighten AGAIN!! But thanks to Lisa she made everything better she's the best one there, she wants her customers happy!! And I love her to death!!
