I asked for SNS dipping and she did my nails with acrylic, while all the time telling me it was dip.... I don't recommend going there....
Just went here for a quick service because my car was getting serviced across the street. Just needed dip removed and a regular paint job. First the man was asleep and the woman yelled a lot at him. The he started peeling off the nails. I asked him to soak thEm which he did once the lady yelled again. He soaked about 4 mins the proceeded to start peeling them off again. I had to ask again to keep soaking so it wouldn't ruin my real nails. Once off the paint job was fair but I had to return in 30 mins because the polish wasn't dry and scrunched up. They are fixing it now, but the main is currently clipping his toe nails onto the floor while my nail is drying. I will not be back here. Good prices but I'm willing to pay a bit more for quality.
They only have two workers the wait is outrageously long. I got a few sets done here just for the fact that they were cheaper than most places. My nails were constantly breaking from the simplest tasks. This had never been a problem for me with any other nails salon I had been to. I finally got tired and went to another nail salon where they informed me I needed to get a whole new set bc the woman who ddI my nails didn't place them down well which can allow water to get under and cause fungus. Do not recommend at all.
Stopped frequenting this establishment after the employees appeared to be having a full on fight in another language extremely loudly right in the middle of the clients. They used to be wonderful. I'm not sure what happened to the level of service but it's gone..
If I could give this zero stars I would. For starters this nail salon was extremely outdated and disgusting. The man Doing my nails was walking around barefoot. He didn't give me an opportunity to pick out my color because he was rushing me (and there was no other customers inside). Another worker walked up to us and started screaming in my ear...
They switched and now the woman started doing my nails. She was aggressive and kept pushing my arms out of her way. It was the worst manicure I've ever had.
On top of it their prices don't match the prices on their wall. The woman checking me out decided to tell me its an extra $10 after charging my card. I left angry and disappointed. I wish I looked at their reviews beforehand. Can anyone please recommend a good salon in the area? I've been having terrible luck
