don't come here it's the worst place in town i left with my head throbbing. The ladies didn't know how to take care of my hair. I have curly hair and i was left in the middle of the cut for 20 minutes. She brushed my hair and then continued to curl it? Like if it was going to make it better don't come here you will leave very upset and with a very messed up haircut.

They didn't even did what I asked for . they ruin my haircut this salon should go out of business don't ever come here at your risk I see people walking out with terrible haircut

I had very long hair to begin with I asked for shoulder length hair cut with it to be thinned out and some layers. I was given a choppy haircut close to my ears completely different from what I asked the lady kept dropping her scissors the comb she even cut her nuckle with her scissors and didn't stop to put a bandage on it she continued to cut my hair their was blood on her scissors and comb in my hair I just can't believe this is a beauty salon!!!! It took her almost 1hour 30 min to cut my hair the girl next to me cut about 5 peoples hairs in her time manner I didn't get the lady's name but she had a disability with walking. My problem is if they know they can't do a certain style of cut why even attempt to do it your messing with peoples hair

I was asked what I wanted I told the lady Lupe "I only wanted a trim with and inch off" and she showed me an inch with her fingers and I told her yes an inch. Lupe then asked if my hair was long for religion purposes I told her no I just love the length (my hair was to the lower part of my butt) she then started to complain about the length of my hair and saying its difficult and long hair is hard to work with, she then started talking about how my hair is oily and how I shouldn't be using oils if I didn't know how, I told her no I just need to shower today and she said oh that's natural oils? And I said yes, she continued to say its oily a lot of oil loud in front of two other clients and they were laughing I felt humiliated and belittled but this women. I wasn't in the chair for more then 5 mins she was breathe as if she was annoyed and told me she was done. When I looked at my hair I was lost for words to see she took 3 to 4 inches off my hair and its uneven and choppy. My father and I talked to Rosa she was sweet and told her hey you took off more then what she asked for and she straight out said no I did as she asked, I went to sit and wait for my sisters to be finished and Lupe comes up to me with the hair she cut off and was just putting it in my face I didn't even look at her I started to cry, what kind of a person does that? If you come here go to anyone else but her, Rosa and the other ladies take their time and do it how you want my sisters hair cuts were beautiful, wish I got the same experience as they did.
