My 5 stars is for my nail tech Nazira - she was amazing! Such a sweet girl and I appreciated the conversation we had. She really seems to care about her work and her clients and that's hard to come by! I got a Russian Pedicure and she did fantastic. Highly recommend. The salon itself is really nice as well. Note to management: the lash chairs that are used for pedicures are quite uncomfortable unfortunately but I didn't want to ruin Naziras review.
On Thersday I had my Russian Manicure appointment with Celine. Everything was comfortable and fast as I can say. They offered me drinks, we had friendly conversation during all service. She was gentle asking if everything okay, if I like the shape. When I was confused choosing color, because they have so much variety so it was so hard to chose, she said that she can apply 3 of them on my nails so I can decide what fits best. It was very nice. Definitely recommend

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Is this place a scam? I had ClassPass scheduled for here and wasted taxi money plus walked in the cold only to find it was CLOSED. I called in advance too, no one picked up, I just assumed they were busy. They didn't even have the courtesy to give me a heads up they were closing early. Don't waste your time.
I highly recommend coming here for your lash lift needs and ask for Kasia! She did an excellent job with my lashes, was very careful and gentle. The whole process took less than an hour, but there was a lot of waiting involved in order for the perm to set in. I had great results and 4 weeks later still have some curl in my otherwise very straight and stubborn lashes.
