my aunt referred me to this place to a gal that does her hair, so i trusted her, as i never let anyone cut my hair I'm super picky, and haven't cut it in over a yr for that reason, I'm scared to let anyone new cut my hair but i needed to trim the ends. so first of all my hair WAS down to my tail bone, i wanted to keep it long, i showed the gal a picture of how i wanted my hair to look, long with alot of layers/short layers. she first showed me how much she was going to cut off, a couple inches which i said was fine, that way it's still long...ummm i have no idea how she ended up cutting my hair so short!!!!!!! and didn't even do layers like i asked, i had to also tell her a second time that i wanted my hair v shaped, i am so devastated. i will never let anyone cut my hair again, this was a terrible experience and i am still very upset. she also did highlights in my hair which i do like, but i also think she way over charges. come to find out she didn't do layers because she was afraid i wouldn't like it because she had already cut it to short, i wish she would have just told me and asked me if i still wanted them. I didn't want to complain to her because my aunt posted for it, for a birthday gift to me and i felt bad for being so upset about it because she spent alot of money. update: this was a couple years ago, I posted this review to the wrong salon. this is the correct salon!
