This lace was horrible. I was literally just sitting there not even moving and she pointed the nail fyler at me and and said "QUIT MOVING" very rudely. the other girl that was working on my friend her hand was half way on the counter and the girl grab it hardly and said "GIVE ME YOUR HAND" ME AND MY FRIEND ALSO HAVE Multiple cut on our hands.Overall the place is horribl. DO NOT GO
Last few visits it takes over an hour of waiting to be seen even if I had appointment. They are under staffed always on the weekends and never apologize for the poor customer service. What's irritating is you can be waiting for a long period and some one comes in that's a 2 time a month regular and they will skip over you even if you had an appointment. My appointment was at 11 am and at 1215 pm I had not even been started on. If you say something they act as if they don't understand English but I assure you they do when it comes time to pay.
SCAMMERS! My family and I have been to the salon several times without a problem. Today, I dropped my teenage daughter off to get a simple acrylic set with a French tip. Once she returned home, we realized she was charged $80 plus CashApp'd a $10 tip to the tech. When I called back to figure out why she was charged so much, the manager stated she had a deep french tip polished on that costs an additional $20! She also stated the set was $60 at a medium length! I personally have had the same french tip style done on LONG TIPS at the salon BUT a Gel-X set (which is priced starting at $60) and only paid $75 total for my set! The manager simply overcharged my daughter because she knew she was a teenager and thought she would get away with it! Absolutely DISGUSTED with this salon and my family and I WILL NEVER RETURN! Please beware because I also saw other reviews stating they charge various prices based on each customer!
I went in two years ago to get my nails done for my wedding day at the courthouse. However my experience wasn't good at all. The people greeted me but the service I got was horrible. Nails were thick and everything wasn't even. The nail technician never spoke to me just have me an attitude of silence. Even my husband who was home for a few days from the military noticed them. After he left I took the nails off myself. I'll never forget the experience I got from this place.
Horrible Pedicure!!!! I was looking around for a new nail salon so I thought I would check this place out.. NEVER AGAIN!! I know my toes were in bad shape due to not having the money to get a pedicure. I apologized profusely to the nail tech. She was so rough that she hurt me and actually cut my toe at one point and then the bottom of my feet are now raw. She literally slapped the polish on and then threw my shoes on my feet like she was ready to get rid of me.. well hello.. success.. I'm not going back!! Oh and to top it off, she split my big toe nail!! So mad is not funny!!!
