The last three times I have gone to New Polished Nails for a gel manicure, I had one or more nails break within one week. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this salon.
Ladies here are excellent. I get the gel manicure here and it is consistently done well. It looks great even after two and a half weeks!
This place is now called New Polished Nails. I got a gel manicure two weeks ago and my nails still look like new! No lifting on the edges. Gina did an amazing job especially on the design.
Same people here for the last year that I've been going. Very nice ladies. Quality and service is consistent and the polish lasts longer than the one I got just down the street. During winter time, they even provided an open toe sock to cover my ankle area so it wouldn't be so cold leaving the salon. They also give a short massage on the shoulders while the nails are drying. $35 for mani+padi, very reasonable for the area. They take card but tip is cash only.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Got a pedicure here last week and the lady giving me the pedicure kept filing my skin and continued to even after I told her and now I have a scab on my toe. I don't think they throughly clean their tools either because I have an infection that appeared that night and I can't wear closed toe shoes without it hurting and it has been a few days. Needless to say, I will definitely not be going back and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Super disappointed by their service, especially for the price.
