I wanted a standard pedicure with gel polish. the basic pedi does not include the bottom of your feet being scrubbed so I had to upgrade to the next level. Gel polish is twenty dollars more and I wasn't aware of that till check out. The polish literally peeled off like Barbie polish the next day.

came here for the first time with a friend and was very Unsatisfied with the customer service. My friends tech was on their phone the entire time and her nails where even left incomplete. My nails turned out too long and they where misshapen. I feel like he differently rushed, he did every nail different.

Terrible nail job. Women who did them spoke or understood absolutely NO English so she had no idea what I was saying.

i am really not one to complain, and i've never really had a negative experience here, but my pedicure yesterday was terrible like one of the worst i've ever had. don't know what his name was, but he was so aggressive he cut almost all of my toe cuticles and was using the cheese grater thing (don't know what it's called) to get the dead skin off my feet and my feet were DRY he didn't put any gel or anything on them until i finally said something because he was HURTING ME and somehow my feet are still rough. definitely wasn't worth $43 but this experience will not deter me from coming back as i highly recommended christine for manicures of any kind. still a great place and super friendly owner, but i definitely think that guy needs a lesson or two on how to give a proper pedicure.

I never do a review. So this one is my first one due to how I was treated in there.. only reason why I am doing 2 stars is because the manager is super sweet. But the nail tech name Henry was a complete disaster. Normally I go to celebrity nail techs, but I decided to go somewhere near my home. Firstly, I walk in and was greeted by the owner/manager and he was very nice. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (powder white nails) and he told me yes they can do it and that was that. Fast forward, pedicure was nice, no complaints. But when it came down to the full set, it went completely downhill from there.. i tried showing him a picture of what I wanted and he was so rude as said "I don't want to see the picture, show me your hands and show me the length you want." In a very rude tone.. because I'm shy and really not argumentative I just did what he told. I tried telling him I didn't want gel on my hands but powder instead.. he disregarded what I said and did gel anyways. My nails are bulky, the gel has air pockets, he was rough with my hands, had a attitude, and honestly I was going to just walk out.. just rude and unprofessional.. I will be going to get them fixed elsewhere. And would not recommend "Henry" as a nail tech. Upon leaving the manager/owner told me have a great one, and that and the greet was my only pleasant experience.
