Lydia is my fairy godmother for my hair. I don't go to anyone else for the past 8 years. She's the only one I trust ! And my hair loves her !!
I went in with bright red box dye and I needed it toned way down. Lydia did an amazing job and made it look beautiful with heavy highlights. Needless to say I go back in tomorrow for a touch up and I trust her with my hair which isn't easy to do because I've had nightmare hairdressers.
My girlfriend went there yesterday and wanted her roots touched up. She told the blue haired girl that was the hair dresser that she was platinum blonde. The hair dresser used an ash based toner and turned her hair green. Sorry, no more business from us. She did say we could make an appointment to fix it, and my girlfriend was stunned- appointment for your mistake? And it shouldn't have to be fixed in the first place. I guess it's another case of if you've never dyed hair blonde, dont try (all employees were latino who apparently serve latino customers) and never dyed hair blonde before, only black.
