Honestly, I was treated pretty shabbily on my 4 visits. Reception is pleasant but I don't care that much for the manicurists and one , Allison, kept giving me dirty looks. I don't recommend.
I have been going here for years and it feels more like a group of friends then a business. I come for hair, massage, wax and nail services. Everyone is courteous and welcoming. I always leave feeling amazing. Nicolette is especially wonderful ...her expertise and experience shows in everything she does.
Everytime I have been here has been great! The massages are fantastic and my nails are always at their best after getting them done here. Everything is clean and everyone is so nice!
Just came home after a heavenly hot stone massage from Jeff. Can't say enough about what an amazing relaxing experience it was and how great I feel! I've been to this salon in the past for hairstyling and nails and every time has been terrific! Now I have more reasons to return!
My friend and I were not able to book massages, everyone was booked up so we decided to get a spa pedicure. When we arrived ( we had an appointment) the person doing our pedicures asked if we minded being split up, meaning there were three chairs, we would have to sit with a person in between us, not ideal, but we were fine with it. My nail tech. did not say a word to me, she just sat down and got to work, which is fine! There was some talk about a jet being broken in the basin where my friend was sitting, , after discussion it was decided to get out the spare one. Halfway through my pedicure, my tech got up, walked away, and came back with another client, she started doing her nails, not a word to me. I sat there with paraffin on my feet for over 20 min while she took care of another client. My friend was done and sitting outside already when my tech decided to come back. She did not apologize for the wait or even acknowledge her absence. My friend's pedicure was very good and looked amazing for long after, mine chipped the next day. I would have given one star, but my friend really enjoyed hers. I have had wonderful massages here in the past, I will not do another pedicure.
